We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at maisondeem@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return 

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address

  3. Ship the item back within 7–10 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at maisondeem@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted

  • Contact your bank
